We use subscription details to confirm your address, prepare the newsletters you selected, and honor unsubscribe requests.
Traffic analytics
We count public page views and estimate the number of distinct browsers each day using a first-party cookie that expires after 24 hours. Traffic records contain the page path without query parameters. We do not store IP addresses in these analytics or connect the counts to newsletter subscriptions.
How we store it
Subscription records and queued messages are stored in the site database. When you unsubscribe, we retain the subscription status so the system knows to stop preparing future messages for that newsletter.
